IT Project Executive (East 5 Days POS Project) - [SIEN] - Start Immediately

Working Location: Changi, Singapore

Working Hours: Normal Office Hours with 24/7 standby for system troubleshooting (but does not happen often)

Contract Duration: 12 months 

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in leading, managing, and implementing assigned projects related to POS, Kiosks, Customer Loyalty, and Lease Management systems.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business processes and technical aspects of the assigned projects.
• Serve as the single point of contact and provide first-level support, liaising and coordinating with other supporting teams as required.
• Undertake project activities and maintenance operations necessary for the successful execution and completion of assigned projects, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Lead and participate in design specifications and prototype workshops, coordinating user acceptance tests, user training, user change management, pre-implementation preparation, and post-implementation support activities.
• Manage risks and issues as they arise during project execution.
• Convey and clarify requirements with vendors, review their deliverables to ensure functional and technical requirements are met and addressed.
• Perform various project administrative duties, including disseminating project information to stakeholders, monitoring the achievement of project activities, and developing and maintaining project deliverables.
• Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, trainings, and other project-related activities.
• Organize project committee meetings, prepare necessary materials such as reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and other meeting collateral, accurately recording key decisions and action items resulting from meetings.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum Diploma qualification with 2-3 years of experience in project management.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with vendors and project stakeholders.
• Openness to candidates with IT system or project coordination experience.
• Good to have experience in lease management system projects and preferably with POS project experience.
• Willingness to work with the direction of the program manager or project manager.
• Ability to work normal office hours with 24/7 standby for system troubleshooting (though it does not occur often).
