This position requires a IT Project Manager, reporting to the IT department, who thrives in a varied technical environment and who welcomes the opportunity to work on a wide range of infrastructure, enterprise application, and commercial projects consisting of cross-functional business teams.

Reporting directly to the Manager, IT Applications. This position is part of the IT Team and will be located onsite in our North Coast office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Work with both technical and business resources to deliver integrated enterprise solutions, infrastructure solutions, and cloud-based commercial applications. 
• Manage projects through the entire lifecycle, from concept to delivery with keen eye on project timelines, quality delivery and mitigation plans
•  Identify and escalate risks during project delivery and provide status updates
• Work in a global IT environment handling multiple, competing priorities at once
• Resourceful, hands on and recommends workarounds or alternatives when project delivery is not optimal
• Ensure project delivery complies to industry and company standards, leveraging industry best practices
• Provide hands-on in-application support in a manufacturing and distribution environment

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 5+ years’ experience in an IT PMO which includes planning, directing, and managing complex technology projects through to completion of SDLC lifecycle.
• Exposure to managing high complexity IT projects which includes major IT applications, infrastructure and integrations with ERP such as new software implementation to ERP, ERP upgrade projects, etc.
• Experience working in global environment and ability to support, build trust and relationships with business users and colleagues in various geographies and cultures.
• Confident and excellent communicator with ability to maintain open communication with internal employees, cross functional, management and business community
• Good knowledge of manufacturing process, end to end business processes, business applications, new technology and industry best practices
