- Manage and steer both IT and business key stakeholders to adopt cost effective solutions and ensure successful projects delivery
- Ensure projects & enhancements are delivered successfully within budget, on schedule and adhering to internal processes & standards such as IT security standard and SDLC framework
- Collaborate with team members, software architects, vendors and business stake holders to deliver projects in a timely manner
- Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
- Propose alternative solutions and technologies to improve and bring about high quality system solutions
- Identify, manage and resolve complex issues, preventing escalations, where possible
- Manage, negotiate and resolve project risks effectively to ensure deliverables are on track
- Assist in supporting multiple application systems
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with a keen appreciation of business needs and strong interest in business process
- Experienced in handling projects from planning to implementation & Go-Live stage.
- Able to understand, appreciate and translate business problem into solutions
- A highly motivated self-starter who possess positive mindset, a doer mentality, proactive with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong stakeholder management including vendor management
- Good business acumen and ability to negotiate with business partners
- Strong customer orientation and able to manage customer expectations
- Ability to work under pressure on exciting projects and possess strong interest, passion in technology and its application
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, communication and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a fast-pace environment
- Independent and team player
