IT SAP EWM Business Analyst (Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences)

About our client: Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company.

About the role:

• Engage with business users to understand warehouse and supply chain processes and translate business needs into SAP EWM requirements.
• Support SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation and enhancement projects.
• Analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.
• Develop and manage business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and requirement traceability documents.
• Support warehouse process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and integration design discussions.
• Collaborate with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors throughout project delivery.
• Lead and support end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, scripts, and data preparation.
• Support activities related to master data migration, data governance, risk assessments, and project documentation.

About you:

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, SAP implementation, or ERP transformation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM and/or SAP ECC environments.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with system integrators, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies preferred.
