IT Software Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overseeing and managing the Warehouse Management System and Finance  
  & Billing System 
• Assist in management and co-ordinate with in-house developer, vendor, customer and
  business stakeholders to ensure smooth systems implementation
• Conduct requirement studies, detailed systems analysis and design, system testing of new
  systems and system enhancement
• Prepare requirement specification document and interact with system architects and
  developers to ensure the system is properly implemented
• Translate requirement from business unit to applications 
• Take part in EDI flow discussion with business stakeholders
• Conduct impact analysis on application changes
• Analyze and troubleshoot application problem
• Support Microsoft Dynamic AX (2012 R3/AX7/Dynamics 365 for Operations)
• Support Exceed WMS
• Support Microsoft Dynamic NAV 2009 
• Support EDI solutions and applications

Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• 4 years+ experience in participation of business application development 
• Good understanding of Warehouse Management System and Finance & Billing System 
• Experiences in modules like Financial Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and Product Information Management
• Possess good exposure with customization in Dynamic NAV, Dynamic AX and Exceed WMS
• Pro-active, excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of the software development life cycle
• Possess programming skillset in X++,SQL, JavaScript, NAV,C/AL(CSIDE), Power builder, C#, ASP.NET,WCF
• Experiences in reporting tools like Telerik, Crystal Report, JetReport
• Knowledge in database - SQL Server, Oracle 
• Knowledge in Transport Management System and Yard Management System is a plus
