IT Specialist (Infrastructure)

Job Summary:

• Salary: $4500 - $5800
  
• Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.00am - 5.00pm) 
  
• Location: Pandan Crescent
  
• AWS + VB + Company Transport provided
  
  

Job Scope:

• Handling second level of issues escalation from IT Support Officer.
  
• Maintain HR server, fingerprint devices.
  
• Maintain server for Dormitory Management System
  
• Maintain Active Directory, file server, FTP, backup server.
  
• Network monitoring.
  
• Setup and maintain wireless devices.
  
• Monitoring and maintain DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Proxy Server.
  
• Monitoring and maintaining spam
  
• Monitoring and maintain print server, fax server
  
• Monitoring and managing switches and network appliances
  
• Ad -hoc job or project.
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology
  
• Minimum 3 years working experience
  
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking
  
• Good knowledge in Windows
  
• Well -versed with the operation of firewall/VPN, Anti -virus, Anti -Spam, Intrusion Detection
  
• Ability in administering, maintaining, optimizing windows active directory system security
  
• Ability to configure and set -up new server
  
• Strong trouble shooting and analytical skill
  
• Self -motivated, self -disciplined, willing to learn and able to work independently
  
• Ability to work under pressure
  
• Service focused, positive, and patient attitude
