Our client is a leading manufacturing enterprise in the United States. They are seeking a visionary, hands-on IT Supervisor (ERP＆OA Systems) to lead their digital transformation. We accept candidates currently based in Singapore or other countries, but this role requires full on-site presence at their manufacturing facility in North Carolina, USA — all hires must relocate upon joining.
You will act as the bridge between business operations and technical delivery. As the core technical expert, you will oversee the implementation, optimization, maintenance and strategic alignment of the company's ERP and OA systems to boost overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• System Management: Lead the implementation, upgrade, and daily optimization of core ERP and OA systems.
• Process Alignment: Analyze manufacturing workflows (supply chain, inventory, production, finance) to design efficient automation solutions.
• Data Integration: Ensure seamless data flow and integration between the ERP, OA, MES, cybersecurity systems, and other critical enterprise information systems.
• User Support: Oversee system training, documentation, and technical support for cross-functional teams to maximize system adoption.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
• Experience:3+ years of experience managing IT systems within the manufacturing sector.Proven track record with mainstream ERP platforms and advanced OA/Workflow automation tools.
• Preferred Background: Experience in Enterprise IT System Architecture or IT Operations ＆ Maintenance (O＆M) is a strong plus.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin (Bilingual English/Mandarin) is highly preferred to facilitate global collaboration.
