The Opportunity:

• Location: Marina Bay Financial Centre
• Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

The Client:

Adecco is partnering with a reputable financial institution that provides a wide range of banking services to its clients. The bank is known for its strong commitment to customer satisfaction and its dedication to maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

The Job:

• Provide Level 1 IT support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops and laptops.
• Assist with new user onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with the Head Office IT Department for training and monthly reporting tasks.
• Conduct annual review assessments for MAS TRMG and outsourcing guidelines.
• Perform weekly and monthly checks on IT security measures.
• Organize and manage disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) exercises.

The Talent:

• Min Diploma in IT with 1-3 years of working experience in IT Field
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, as the candidate will be responsible for drafting email correspondence and periodic reports for overseas branches and HQ in Taiwan.
