IT Support Executive

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support the SAP FICO modules within the S/4 HANA environment, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Perform testing, user training, document and provide ongoing support to maximize the efficiency of SAP FICO solutions.
• Manage system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues in the FICO modules, providing effective solutions to enhance system performance.
• Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment and integrate activities with other teams within IT to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts.
• Troubleshoot and support SAC Planning and Reporting modules
• Troubleshoot and support SAC Concur Invoice module and interface to S/4 HANA.
• Undertake any other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or implementation.
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance process and local statutory reporting and audit requirements.
• Experience with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.)
• Must have delivered multiple full cycle rollouts with hands-on expertise in configuring SAP systems.
• Ability to efficiently multi-task and be self-motivated while working with others.
