Job Description - IT Support Executive




Key Responsibilities:







Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects (e.g., SharePoint, eGIRO) ensuring they meet timelines, budget constraints, and project specifications.







Liaise with project vendors to coordinate and oversee project delivery.







Lead the development of new software applications (e.g., Banking software) and systems, including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.







Ensure quality and functionality of the software and systems meet the organizational



standards.







Analyze the work plan for the department, identifying key areas for improvement and optimization.







Write detailed reports on project progress, department performance, and other relevant metrics.







Identify the types of reports to be submitted from the department and ensure timely and accurate submission.







Liaise with internal stakeholders to determine their technology needs and ensure IT



projects align with the overall business strategy.







Research and implement new technologies that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.







Proactively seek out opportunities for technological improvements and present recommendations to senior management.







Ensure all IT practices comply with regulatory standards and company policies.







Maintain thorough documentation of all projects and change management processes to ensure transparency and compliance.











Qualifications







Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.







Have some experience in IT project management and software development.(preferred)







Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion.







Experience in developing and deploying software applications, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.







Experience with database management systems.







Strong analytical and problem solving skills.







Experience in writing detailed reports and performance metrics.
