Job Description - IT Support Executive

Looking for a motivated individual to provide administrative and IT support to our Planning and Corporate Service Divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track IT assets and manage equipment lifecycle (deployment, returns, disposal)
  • Assist with IT and admin tasks, including technology refresh, user access, and system operations
  • Support time-sensitive tasks like facilities coordination and central management system operations
  • Handle walk-ins, deliveries, mail, and other ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • Diploma ,Fresh graduate or some experience in IT/administration
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks

Duration/ Working hours;

12 months contract (Immediate)

Working Days (5-day work week in office)

  • Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm)
  • Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
