IT Support (RMA) - Hardware/Software - with Growth Opportunities

* Office hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
* Location: West (International Business Park, Jurong East)
* Salary: Basic up to $2500 + AWS + VB

Client is a global MNC leader in designing, developing and providing networking and connectivity products and total solutions for consumers, small and medium-sized businesses, enterprises, and service providers.

Job Summary:
• Provide support for local walk-in customers for warranty claim
• Provide support and delivery for RMA claim
• Provide support for online shop fulfilment
• Provide support for operation function
• Handle country distributors or resellers for faulty items return and replacement fulfilment
• Perform testing for faulty device, basic repair, software upgrade and reworks
• Manage online shop chat response and fulfilment
• Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• No experience is welcomed to apply (Preferably ITE or Diploma in IT or Electronic Engineer) 
• Experienced in manufacturer, operation or service center is an advantage
• Must be able to multi-task
