IT System Analyst (SAP FICO Modules HANA) - Energetic Workplace

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business units to gather requirements for system enhancements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Work alongside developers to create and optimize ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.
• Execute configuration settings and routine maintenance on SAP FICO modules.
• Assist with system updates, patching, and implementing new modules while delivering technical support. Create and manage key documents such as technical requirements, test plans, and user guides.
• Determine and implement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP processes.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable SAP operations.
• Offer timely assistance to end-users, resolving SAP-related problems.
• Keep updated on the latest SAP technologies and trends to propose innovative solutions.Propose innovative solutions to improve system functionality and performance.
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in SAP FICO modules.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in other tech tools (e.g. RPA) is an advantage.
