YOUR ROLE 

• Maintain equipment performance to meet uptime target.


• Continuous improve equipment reliability & enhance capability. 


• Establish and manage PM procedures, specifications and OCAPs.


• Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root cause and preventives.


• Work with counterparts to resolve process, defectivity and yield issues.


• Participate in uptime/throughput improvement and cost reduction projects.


• Startup new equipment and release to production in support of capacity ramp.


• Develop training materials and conduct training.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye to details


• Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and with cross-functional teams


• Willingness to learn and adapt to changes


• Able to work in cleanroom
