YOUR ROLE 

• Develop, characterize and optimize diffusion processes.


• Control and improve process stability using SPC/FDC tools.


• Establish and manage procedures, specifications and OCAPs.


• Troubleshoot process issues, identify root cause and preventives.


• Manage non-conformance lots with Quality Assurance and Device.


• Lead yield improvement, cost reduction and cycle time improvement projects.


• Qualify new equipment and release to production in support of capacity ramp.


• Transfer and qualify new processes from sister plants and RnD.  


• Develop training materials and conduct training.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye to details


• Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and with cross-functional teams


• Willingness to learn and adapt to changes


• Able to work in cleanroom
