1. Initiate and lead Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning projects (including Computer Vision)
2. Demonstrate high level of thought leadership in the application of data science and machine learning techniques to solve manufacturing problems.
3. Perform ideation with site business owners to identify potential solutions.
4. Prioritize projects to achieve optimal return-of-investment.
5. Manage project and anticipate project risks and work with team to remove any roadblocks.
6. Ensure projects adhere to targeted timeline. 
7. Cross functional and cross site role, supporting central function to implement projects globally. Key stakeholders are central/local IT, manufacturing domain experts and management from backend manufacturing sites.
8. Manage project management framework and documentation for the Fab Digitalization Program organization.

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Data Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
• Has at least 2 years of relevant work experience, especially in project management
• Experience in applying data science techniques to solve manufacturing problems
• Good understanding of semiconductor frontend manufacturing process
• Project management certification (PMP), or proven background in leading projects involving stakeholders from different functions and geography
