YOUR ROLE 

1. Improving the yield of products by identifing suspected process step and work closely with FA lab to identify the defect of the failure. 


2. Reduce zero yield scraps by ensuring fast feedbacks and corrective action through in-depth failure analysis and failure mode identification.


3. Ensure optimization of SPC parameters (Cp,k and Cpk) for all technologies through cross-functional meetings with the various Process Engineering Group.


4. Review and perform evaluations for possible process scripts combination and reduction.


5. To perform evaluation for parameter/ yield improvement through DOE, FMEA etc

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or Electronic major.  


• Good knowledge in semiconductor devices & processes. 


• Good communication skill & team work. 


• Familiar with the equipment used in wafer fabrication


• English business proficiency
