YOUR ROLE 

The Capacity Industrial Engineer has responsibility for overall Fab Capacity, maintain the capacity model, uphold the capacity to prevent degradation, driving the team for capacity expansion, Involve in strategy planning, capex proposals and defining the new tools release needs.

Primary Job Functions:

• Maintain and update the capacity modelling in the capacity modelling data base


• Monitor actual tool performance and work with stakeholders to address gap


• To setup systems to monitor throughout and tools performance degradation. 


• To perform various scenarios for mid/long term loading plan and define proposal and present to Management on the capacity outlook


• Perform shopfloor Line Study to identify opportunities for line improvements 


• Drive fab manufacturing efficiency
   

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Preferably a Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.


• Working experience in semiconductor industry is an added advantage


• Team player and Good analytical skills


• Good sense of urgency


• Proficient in MS Office
