As a SiC Process Integration Engineer, your job purpose is to:

• Design, develop and qualify process flow for new technology/transfer, meeting technical product specifications and project timeline.


• Identify and lower the risks involve in integration, incoming and outgoing fab.


• Ensure process flow is robust and sustainable.


• Identify critical process.


• Characterize process to maintain and control inline, electrical parameters, defectivity and yield.


• Have deep understanding of product electrical and yield parameters.


• Troubleshoot inline, defectivity, electrical, and yield deviation to improve quality and productivity.


• Analyze data and draw conclusions based on data and facts.


• Produce quality technical reports, papers.

You will be involved in:

• Project management.


• Integrating design concepts to deliverables.


• Planning and execution of experiments for new technology process development / transfer / issues and materials.


• Problem-solving, identifying and troubleshooting process, electrical, yield issues through various metrology tools and characterization techniques.


• Electrical bench characterization


• Compiling and analysing data.


• Writing reports, and presentations.


• Seeking and working with vendors for new tools/process exploration.


• Working with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and developing solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Microelectronics / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Material Science.  


• Fresh graduate, 1-2 years working experience in semiconductor industry is an advantage.


• Good understanding of Wide Band Gap 


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment


• Strong interest in technical research


• Experience in SiC is an advantage


• Experience in electrical bench characterization is an advantage
