YOUR ROLE 

Learn and participate on the role of Process engineer and implement process improvement projects to achieve the best possible process cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters.
Manage new equipment qualification, liaise with maintenance until release of the tool to production.
Plan, organize and implement technical support and expertise on specific tools
Implementation and Review of FDC/APC setup for manufacturing tools.
Participate in cost reduction projects to maintain cost efficiency
Participate to regular Equipment downtime pareto reports and analyzing for any chronic/repeated issues

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Degree in Material Science/Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Physics/ Chemistry 1 to 3 years experience in Wet Equipment including FSI Mercury, Clean, Etch, Scrub in batch spray processor, modular tanks and different types of drying mechanism will be good.

Must be able to work independently with minimum support

Strong analytical & problem solving skills are required

Has excellent interpersonal skills to teamwork within & with other departments.

Familiar with Microsoft office applications.

Good knowledge in statistical tools, problem solving tools, FMEA and 8D.
