Japanese Speaking Trade Executive [West/ Up to $5,500]

Responsibilities: 

• Purchased, Sales data entry and Sales document filling. 
• EMAIL / FAX / PRINT OF Purchases and Sales Documents.
• To prepare documents for/ to billing.
• Coordinate with trading staff/ customer/ vendors.
• Performance management duties.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to customs requirements, import/export restrictions, and any other legal requirements.
• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing any delays or discrepancies.
• Resolve issues related to shipping, customs clearance, and transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of trade activities and generate periodic reports for management review.
• Analyze data to assess the performance of trade operations and suggest improvements.

Requirement:

• 2 years of experience in trade, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• High proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT Level N1 or ability to speak, read and write at business level) to communicate effectively through phone calls, emails and/or meetings 
• Possess knowledge of compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and policies (e.g., Incoterms, Free Trade Agreements).
• Familiarity with trade documentation, customs clearance processes, and logistics management.
• Certification in Import/Export Operations (optional but beneficial).
