Job Summary

We seek a detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to support design development and project execution across hospitality, F&B, retail, commercial, and residential projects in a dynamic consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers and project leads in developing creative and functional interior design solutions
• Prepare moodboards to visually communicate design concepts for client presentations
• Develop concept presentations that align with project goals and client requirements
• Conduct space planning to optimize layout efficiency and user experience
• Select materials and specify FF&E to meet aesthetic and functional standards
• Produce technical drawings including layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings to ensure accurate construction documentation
• Support coordination of 3D visualization and rendering to enhance design communication
• Participate in site visits, take measurements, and attend consultant meetings to ensure design intent is maintained
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to facilitate project progress and material procurement
• Assist in preparing tender drawings and documentation to support project bidding and approvals
• Review drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and project specifications
• Support project administration and maintain organized documentation for efficient project tracking

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture & Design
• 1-3 years of relevant interior design experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, VRay, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of additional graphic software is advantageous
• Demonstrated design sensibility with strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently
