Report to Head of Finance
- Manage month end closing including review and commentaries for financial statements and management reports
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and commentaries
- Prepare monthly cashflow reports and variance analysis
- Support in preparation of budget and forecast
- Review and submission of GST reports
- Liaise with external auditor in statutory audit and ensure compliance of statutory reporting
- Liaise with corporate secretary and manage corporate secretarial matters
- Liaise with tax agent in company income tax matters
- Assist in finance daily operations including liaise with various internal and external parties on finance related matters
Requirements:
- Degree or professional qualifications in Finance / Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity in retail/FMCG industry
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals and controls
- Hands-on, analytical, accurate and meticulous
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Able to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Excel and experience in SAP will be an added advantage
