Role Overview:

As a Product Manager at Kumpool, you'll drive the development of innovative DRT solutions that cater to the unique demands of the Malaysian market. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll lead the creation of products that redefine transportation accessibility and efficiency in the region.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and communicate product roadmap and strategy specific to DRT services in Malaysia, aligning closely with user and business needs.

- Lead cross-functional product development efforts, collaborating with designers, engineers, quality assurance, and transportation analysts to deliver impactful solutions.

- Cultivate a deep understanding of Kumpool's DRT platform to address the diverse transportation challenges in Malaysia.

- Analyze industry trends, user feedback, and performance metrics to inform strategic product decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of software product management experience in a fast-growing startup environment.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven track record of collaborating with diverse teams to develop innovative solutions.

- Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Experience in building products with complex technical architectures is advantageous.

- Previous involvement in developing DRT solutions in the transportation industry is a plus.
