Junior Business Development Executive (SaaS)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities and expand our B2B customer base. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable SaaS solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, sales meetings, and solution demonstrations.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and account handover.
• Maintain accurate sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales and business development experience (SaaS, software, IT solutions, or technology industry preferred).
• Proven experience in new business acquisition
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience using CRM platforms is an advantage.
