• Regulatory Compliance: Navigate MAS Quarterly/Annual Regulatory Reporting and Surveys with finesse.
• Audits and Compliance: Ensure seamless management of Statutory, Internal, and Tax audits, maintaining regulatory integrity.
• Corporate Governance: Execute Corporate Secretariat functions with precision, from Board Resolutions to ACRA reporting.
• Financial Operations: Handle disbursement of fees, collection of management fees, and offer operational support.
