Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary: S$2,800 - S$3,200 per month
Locations: Islandwide (Main HQ at Taiseng)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare space planning, layout drawings, 3D renderings, and design proposals for retail stores, pop-up stores, counters, and kiosks.

• Develop creative interior design concepts, including material, colour, lighting, and fixture selection.

• Manage retail fit-out projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors throughout the project execution.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve site issues.

• Prepare renovation submissions, project documentation, purchase orders, and ensure compliance with local regulations and landlord requirements.

• Serve as the main point of contact and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
