Junior Investment Product Strategist

The Investment Strategist will work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) in formulating investment strategies and portfolio solutions to private banking clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide investment advisory to Private Banking clients. Formulate investment strategies aligned to clients’ objective and risk profile.


• Partner Relationship Managers on client meetings to relate house views, articulate investment ideas, create investment proposals and conduct portfolio reviews.


• Initiate product idea generation as subject matter expert and keep abreast of developments in the market.


• Always ensure adherence to internal/external regulations and policies.


• Carry out any other duties as directed by Company Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate either in Finance, Business, Economics or Banking


• At least 7 years in financial industry in an investment advisory or related position


• Strong knowledge of investment markets, products and strategies, including equities, fixed income, alternatives and currencies


• Proficient communication, organization, presentation and data analysis skills and Bloomberg.


• Prior experience in Private Banking preferably in an investment advisory position is preferred.
