• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in drafting IPO prospectuses and other offering documents for Hong Kong and international listings.
• Support senior lawyers in transaction execution , including due diligence, regulatory filings, and liaising with stock exchanges and regulators.
• Work closely with PRC clients , providing clear and professional communication in both Mandarin and English.
• Conduct legal research and prepare internal memoranda on securities regulations, listing rules, and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure seamless delivery of client service.
• Manage document review, proofreading, and quality control to maintain the firm’s high standards.
• Requirements Newly Qualified Lawyer- 3 PQE
• LLB or JD degree from a recognized university; Singapore qualified.
• Fluent Mandarin and English (both written and spoken), with strong drafting ability in both languages.
• Prior experience working with PRC clients in a professional setting.
• Strong interest in Capital Markets work; prospectus drafting experience not required (training will be provided).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
