Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Handling daily operations related to Cross trade freight forwarding.
- Co-ordination of import and export operations to ensure smooth delivery of shipments within the timeline set by clients.
- Interact with overseas or local Vendors/Clients on email and phone.
- Verifying of purchases and preparing of sales invoices to client.
- Data entry into Freight Management System.
- Sending of quotes if any as per request of clients.
- Any other task as per assign by the direct manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- 1 - 2 years experiences in Freight Forwarding operations an added advantage.
- Only Singaporean are preferred.
