Junior Quantitative Analyst - Urgent Hiring

We are representing a global hedge fund to hire Junior Quantitative Analyst for the team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing mathematical models, analyzing market data, and assisting quantitative researchers and traders in making informed trading decisions
• Stay updated on market developments, and relevant financial research to provide insights and recommendations to the trading desk
• Effectively communicate quantitative findings and insights to the team
• Assist with production issues, post trade analysis and reconciliation

Requirements:

• Recent graduate with Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or related technical subject from top university with strong academic results (CGPA min. 4.0/5.0 or 3.6/4.0)
• Prior internship experience in Quantitative Research, Data Science, Software Engineer or relevant field will be preferred
• Programming proficiency with at least one programming language (C++, Python, MATLAB, R)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
