Junior Quantity Surveyor (No exp. OK!)

~ 5 days work week, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

~ Location: Tanjong Pagar

~ No experience is welcome to apply!!! training is provided

~ 4 - 6 months contract and convertible to permanent

Our client is a solar energy solution provider in Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities .
• Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders .
• Responsible for quantity take off, sourcing of subcontractors and suppliers .
• Prepare and submit variation and cost claims .
• Procurement of materials and project related items .
• Manage project timeline and cost, carry out rates and commercial negotiations .
• Managing the contracts in accordance with the terms and conditions with respect to . financial complications .
• Others as when instructed by the Management/Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

• Diploma in construction management or Quantity Surveying
• No experience is welcome to apply, training is provided
