We are looking for a highly organised and digitally savvy Junior Sales Administrator to support our sales operations and enhance our outreach through social media platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to build a career in sales, marketing, and business development.
What You’ll Do
• Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and documentation
• Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents
• Coordinate with internal teams on project timelines and requirements
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors on pricing, availability, and orders
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information
Sales & Social Media Support
• Assist in managing and updating company social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Create and schedule posts to support marketing and sales initiatives
• Help generate leads and engagement through digital outreach
• Monitor enquiries from social platforms and route them to the sales team
• Support basic content creation (project highlights, product features, company updates)
Who We’re Looking For
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Business, Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Familiar with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) for business use
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication and coordination skills
