Junior Salesforce Consultant

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our Salesforce practice. You will become part of the Asia Salesforce practice and you will be working on projects comprising of multi-disciplinary team members engaged in a range of Salesforce projects across different business verticals. Candidates for this role should possess strong Salesforce knowledge in the core clouds as well as possessing experience in implementing Salesforce within a broader Enterprise business applications landscape.

The Salesforce Consultant supports pre-sales activities and end-to-end implementation delivery. This includes developing a comprehensive understanding of the Client’s requirements and based on Salesforce product expertise and best practices, designing and delivering a robust Salesforce solution that meets/exceeds requirements and supports the business objectives.

Role Description

• Conduct workshops with the clients (gathering requirements, demos, reviews etc)
• Capture, understand and analyze client user requirements and objectives
• Performs “As-Is” and Fit/Gap analyses to align the Salesforce technology’s offerings and capabilities to the Client business needs and advising client on solution options/offerings
• Design and conceptualize business solutions to support client needs
• Engage internal implementation team on client requirements, solution design, build, testing and solution delivery
• Develop and deliver documentation deliverables across the project phases (BRD, FSD, Test cases, Training materials etc)
• Conduct testing and training on implemented solution
• Forging trusting relationships with team members and client stakeholders
• Providing support in a pre-salescapacity (demos, proposals)
• Continually improve knowledge and expertise on Salesforce.com solutions

Your Profile

• At least 1-2 years of Salesforce Experience
• Experience working in IT Consulting companies
• Good analysis, critical thinking
• Effective presentation and communication skills (written and oral)
• Working experience and knowledge in the related IT field is expected for this position, preferably in: Consulting, CRM, Cloud technologies, Systems integration
• Highly motivated, resourceful and success oriented
• Able to work in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural and multi-geolocation team
• Salesforce Cloud Certifications are good to have
• Travel and overseas posting for mid-to-long term to be expected
