Responsibilities:

- Provide user support and troubleshoot ICT problems and issues to enable users to maximize their productivity through efficient and secure use of ICT equipment or software applications.
- Identify and diagnose issues and problems reported by users.
- Categorize and record reported queries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Support problem identification through thorough investigation and analysis.
- Advise users on appropriate courses of action to resolve their ICT-related issues.
- Monitor reported issues from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved problems to a higher level of support when necessary, providing comprehensive information for further investigation.
- Provide essential online security advice and support to users to mitigate risks and ensure data protection.
- Interact with users, applying basic product knowledge to respond to user requests and solve incidents following prescribed procedures.
- Act under guidance to record and track reliability data to improve service quality and identify recurring issues.

Requirements
 Open to all fresh graduates. 
 All Engineering/Mathematics students or students with related skills are welcome. 
 Self-motivated, self-discipline and software testing tasks including test planning, test case
creation and test reporting. 
 Programming background using C/C++, Linux, Java. 
 Know well about Shell, PL/SQL, Python, HTML. 
 Able to work independently, resourceful and have the right attitude. 
 Team player with good communication skills. 
 Able to work overtime occasionally during night time as system maintenance will usually be
done at night. 
 Ability to converse and read in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
