Responsibilities
• Produce all required drawings and details for submission, approval and endorsement. • Work under pressure and complete assignments within time stipulated. • Assist project team in creating 3D models for internal use or to be shared with Client. • Coordinate with design / project team, consultants / contractors to ensure compliance of design intent.
Requirements
• Diploma-Degree in Architecture or related fields. • 3-5 years of experience within the architecture industry, preferably with focus on luxury hospitality and private residential projects. • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Revit experience/knowledge required. • Experience in Photoshop, InDesign an advantage. • Strong knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and local construction practices • Conversant with local codes and regulations • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Good command of English.
