Junior/Senior IT Executive - Positive Work Culture

Job Responsibilities:

• Procure, set up, and maintain office IT hardware and equipment while managing inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for server maintenance.
• Implement enhancements and modifications to IT systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain website content using WordPress, including updating banners, news, products, and events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on web marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Translate wireframes into web code.
• Plan and oversee the development and maintenance of company websites, applications, and systems, including specifying requirements, localizing web content, making framework changes, and managing schedules.
• Manage IT aspects of employee onboarding/offboarding, including account creation/deactivation and preparing IT equipment.
• Provide system operation support to employees and related parties.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for the Senior Position.
• Proficiency in web markup languages: HTML5, CSS3, JS, and PHP.
• Experience in mobile device optimization and familiarity with responsive and adaptive methods.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on weekends/public holidays for company events.
