Key Account Manager

Salary: Basic + Bonus
Location: Kallang
Working hour: 9am – 6pm (Mon-Fri), 1-day WFH

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our distribution partners, providing them with sales support, product training, and marketing materials
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads, expanding our customer base and market share
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives, ensuring profitable growth and customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate and showcase our products and solutions to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits
• Collaborate with the internal teams on product development, pricing, inventory management, and technical support
• Gather and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Business Administration or IT or Engineering
• Preferred at least 2 years of experience in distribution sales or channel management in Tech/IT industry or related field
• Experience in B2B platform would be a major plus
•  Willingness to travel frequently within the region (every 1-2 months for max 2 weeks)
