Key Account Manager [Building Material | Up to $5k]

Responsibilities: 

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to secure project specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as developers, architects, lighting designers, and interior planners in Singapore and ASEAN.
• Manage key accounts and channel partners, ensuring growth in assigned areas.
• Work with channel partners to create sales activities targeting project stakeholders.
• Train and support accounts to align with the company’s architectural lighting approach.
• Regularly visit key accounts and partners to maintain relationships and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Understand project requirements and recommend suitable lighting applications, specifications, or technical support.
• Collaborate with the in-house lighting design team to create lighting specifications that meet project needs.
• Present lighting applications and specifications to designers, architects, and planners.
• Lead projects and work with partners to ensure timely completion.
• Inform the Regional Manager of any project specifications needing special attention or investment.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager on quarterly brand awareness activities.
• Work with the Marketing Leader to distribute marketing materials for business promotion.
• Stay updated on current trends and needs in architectural lighting specifications.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online media communication, with basic knowledge of Dialux/BIM and relevant architectural lighting software tools 
• Experience with DIALux EVO, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Over 3 years of extensive experience in project specification within architectural lighting or luxury architecture equipment (preferred).
• A strong existing network or relationships with stakeholders, developers, architects, and lighting designers in the ASEAN market.
