Benefits Summary:

• Key Account Manager (Consumer Industry)
• Permanent role
• Basic up to $ 6,000 + Commission 
• Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)
• Location: Esplanade MRT 

Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture lasting relationships with key clients to drive growth in Singapore's travel retail and wholesale distribution sectors
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on expanding the distribution network and acquiring new accounts within Singapore
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, boost revenue, and enhance brand visibility
• Collaborate with key buyers to understand their needs, resolve challenges, and deliver tailored solutions aligned with company offerings
• Conduct regular reviews with clients in the wholesale and travel retail sectors to assess their needs and support their business objectives
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Operations) to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients in Singapore
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive advantage in Singapore's market
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and updates on account performance to senior management
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals
• Gather client feedback to guide product development and enhance the overall customer experience in the wholesale and travel retail sectors

Additional Information:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or related roles within the consumer goods, travel retail, electronic gadgets, or travel accessories industry, with a focus on wholesale and distribution.
• Proven track record of managing high-value client accounts and achieving sales targets
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s wholesale and travel retail markets, industry trends, and local business culture
• Extensive experience working directly with key buyers and decision-makers, with strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel within Singapore to meet with clients and attend industry events
