Role Summary
This role requires to builds and maintains relationships with major clients, to retain them for extended periods of time. Develop an extensive understanding of an organisation's client base and their needs. Engage with the clients, often resolving issues and suggesting solutions to routine problems they face. A key account manager may be able to comprehend the needs of a client and tailor products or services that meet their specific requirements. Responsibilities
â¢âââââDeveloping and maintaining a portfolio of high\-value clients. Must have global/regional mindset in serving Key accounts.
â¢âââââDeveloping long\-term strategies for client retention and growth expansion.
â¢âââââUnderstanding the needs and requirements of clients. Resolving customer complaints promptly to maintain trust.
â¢âââââTrying to build long\-standing professional relationships with clients to create a mutually beneficial environment.
â¢âââââProposing solutions to a client's problems and implementing them within reasonable timelines.
â¢âââââEnsure client retention
â¢âââââActing as a channel of communication between clients and the employees of an organisation.
â¢âââââIdentifying high\-value clients and developing strategies to build relationships with them.
â¢âââââPreparing periodical reports with accurate data on time. (CRM / Monthly Report etc.)
â¢âââââAs the main facilitator to manage Account Receivables for assigned accounts
Requirements :
â¢âââââBachelorâs degree in Sales, Business Management, Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
â¢âââââAt least 3\-5years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Key account management
â¢âââââExperience or exposure in handling conglomerate accounts especially in Healthcare /Medical Devices/Semiconductor/Electronics will be considered with priority.
â¢âââââExcellent written and verbal communication skillsï¼
â¢âââââProficient in MS Office applications. Good in communication and negotiation. Excellent presentation skillï¼
â¢âââââStrong organizational and management skills
â¢âââââStrategic thinking and statistical analysis skills
â¢âââââProactive, resourceful with ability to work well independently or in groups.
â¢âââââEnthusiastic about sales job, teamwork spirit, communication skill and interpersonal relationship skillï¼
â¢âââââExperience manager with relevant experience will be consider for a senior position
