Job Description - Key Account Manager - Wireless Systems Business

Lead the global Wireless Business strategy and key customer accounts by driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and coordinating cross-functional teams across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global account strategies to drive business growth and customer expansion
  • Lead cross-functional global teams to support strategic wireless accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle including solution positioning, commercial negotiations, implementation, and customer support
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and executive sponsors
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential customers
  • Drive new product introductions and strategic growth initiatives
  • Maintain strategic account plans and sales opportunity pipelines
  • Coordinate account activities across global sites, subsidiaries, and partners
  • Ensure alignment and execution of key customer projects and priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development
  • Experience in wireless technologies (Systems),electronics, industrial equipment, , or capital equipment preferred
  • Intense pressure – Time zone diff in each country
  • Solid technical background including laboratory testing expertise
  • Open to Admin and Account duties like AR AP  invoices duties Strong customer management, negotiation, and sales planning skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and global teams
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage complex global accounts independently
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 40%)
  • Working hour: 5 days week ; 830am to 530pm

  • Solid technical background including laboratory testing expertise
  • Experience working across multiple geographic regions
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team motivation skills
  • Ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities
