JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose : To lead a team of Sales Personnel to achieve sales targets
Responsibilities : Account Management;
Accountable for the Key Account sales performance in line with agreed andannual sales budget and performance.
Accountable for developing and maintaining effective working relationshipwith account at HQ Level.
Responsible for product promotion proposal submission, negotiation,and execution.
A&P management. (Check the customer bills, negotiate with buyer, etc.)
Conduct monthly meeting with sales team to provide updates on forward
promotional activities and related matters.
Coordinate with internal members (Logistics, Purchasing team etc.) toresolve supply chain, customer service and marketing issues etc. related to retailer’s activities.
Prepare sales report for management reports.
Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of
resources for the designated sales channel.
Plan, review and maintain an efficient outlet servicing itinerary to ensure
there is comprehensive coverage to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
To lead and motivate a team of sales personnel to achieve sales target. Coach and build the selling capabilities of the Sales Personnel.
