S$3,000- $4,000 a month

Job Description

• Provide oversight and oversee the running of the KCare Centre
• Work with MOE MK Centre Head (CH) and / or Deputy CH (Dy CH) to ensure coordination of the MK and KCare programmes and schedules.
• Implement the KCare programme with close reference to the KCare Guide
  Guide and supervise KCare staff
• Organise and execute pre-planned indoor and outdoor fun learning activities
• Manage care routines for K1 and K2 Level (5-6 years old)
• Provide monthly reports to KCare Management

Job Requirement

• At least a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – (DECCE-T) or an ECDA recognised equivalent obtained in the English medium.
• Hold a L2 certification by ECDA (LON)
• Valid First Aid Certificate.
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Leadership experience in a pre-school setting preferred
• Required language(s): English: Must excel in both written and spoken English

Candidate should possess the following:

• Good communication skills and ability to engage various stakeholders
• Ability to multi-task and manage centre operations
• Effective leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage a multi-racial team comprising programme staff, support staff and cleaners.
