Kitchen Assistant

FCE Theory room, Art room and Music room

• Clean cookery rooms, art room and music room: sweep, mop, clean

surfaces, manage trash on weekly basis

FCE Cookery room

• Prepare food under teacher guidance (pre-lesson setup)

• Wash and manage towels/aprons

• Check and switch off utilities daily

• Check utensil and inventory readiness

• Clean fridges/utensils periodically

• Support teachers during food delivery/stock checks

• Report faults in facilities and support inventory updates

Requirement:

Certification of WSQ Food Safety Course.
Experience in school or kitchen hygiene roles preferred. Please submit
the candidates experience in providing support to school/service-
oriented organization in kitchen hygiene role since 1 Jan 2022, in
accordance to the format in Annex C
Able to handle cleaning duties, work independently, and communicate
effectively with teaching staff.
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Duration / Working hours:

5 months contract (1 Jul 2025 to 30 Nov 2025)
Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
