Kitchen Assistant / Chef de Partie (SG Only, Semi-Fine, Japanese Restaurant)

• Singaporeans ONLY (candidates who require Work Visa will not be considered)
• Entry Level role - No Experience Required; Basic Training provided
• High BASIC Salary ($3,000 - $3,500) + Meal & Performance Allowance (about $200) + Annual Bonus (1 month)
• Working Location: Katong (nearest MRT: TE26 Marine Parade Station)
• Non-Halal Semi-Fine Dining Japanese Restaurant specialising in Sushi/Sashimi
• Full-time ONLY

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Food/Ingredient Preparation and Order Calling duties
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in the kitchen
• Restock items when required
• Understand and know the proper usage of all equipment in the various stations

Additional Details

• Able to work 6 days per week in Split Shifts
• Work Hours: 10AM-9PM (3-hour break between 2PM-5PM, NO Overtime required)
• Prior working experience in Sushi/Japanese restaurant(s) is advantageous
• Able to handle non-Halal food
