Cookery/Preparation Rooms

Assist in Lesson Preparation:

-Organize and prepare the ingredients and utensils for each class.

Washing & cleaning:

-Dishes.

-Sinks and workstations.

-Stoves after each cooking lesson.

-Whiteboard.

-Washing and drying of kitchen towels after every cooking lesson.

-Clear rubbish.

-Dispose rubbish at the rubbish disposal area at back gate.

-Sweeping and mopping the floor.

Other duties:

-Account for all the laptops in the mobile cart.

-Account for all resources in the resources cupboard.

-Check all switches are off at each workstation.

-Check the main switches are off at the teachers demonstration table.

-Check for faulty equipment and report to the teachers.

-Check for expiring food items and report to the teachers.

-Check for low supplies of food and other materials.

-Check food order when delivered. Report to the teachers for wrong and damaged orders.

-Keep appliances in respective cupboards after used.

-Organize the equipment and materials in drawers and cupboards.

Requirement:

Primary and above

Physically Fit

Duration / Working Hours:

1.5-2 months conract

Mon to Thu: 7am to 4.30pm

Fri: 7am to 4pm
