KYC Client Verification Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Perform enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high-risk entity types and complex corporate structures.
• Provide real-time KYC advice to the Front Office on onboarding requirements and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers to obtain necessary documentation while maintaining a seamless client experience.
• Conduct "four-eyes" checks on files prepared by junior analysts to ensure zero-error rates ahead of internal audits.
• Assist in translating local regulatory changes (e.g., MAS/HKIA/SFC) into internal operating procedures.

The Candidate

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated KYC/CDD experience within an Investment Bank or a large-scale Corporate Bank.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; able to manage "push-back" from the Front Office effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Business. Professional certifications (ACAMS or ICA) are highly regarded.
