Lab Technician

Laboratory Technician 

Carry out sampling, laboratory sampling, laboratory testing and analytical work. To assist feasibility study on waste management.

Job Description: 

• Conduct sampling of incoming waste.

• Conduct laboratory analysis testing of Pre-Acceptance, Post-Acceptance, process, monitoring and ad hoc samples from internal or external customers.

• Carry sample analysis according to standard operating procedures.

• perform data entry in LIMS or spreadsheets for results reporting purposes.

• Carry out calibration and maintenance of all laboratory equipment as per schedule or instructed.

• Ensure good housekeeping in the laboratory.

• Follow the existing system and documentation as per the procedures.

• Update the relevant records.

• Work harmoniously with colleagues in the same department and other department

• Ensure a safe working environment in the lab. 

• Any other task as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:  

• Diploma in Chemistry/ Chemical Process Technology; or “O” level in science stream with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Able to read and communicate in English.

• No colour blindness.

• Successful candidates will be working in the main office located at 15 Tuas View Circuit Singapore 636968.

• Incumbents must be willing to work in Tuas South vicinity.

• Company transport is provided at Boon Lay MRT and Choa Chu Kang MRT.
