Laboratory Operator / Chemical Laboratory Assistant

本公司现招聘实验室操作工，主要负责实验室日常操作及基础检测工作，支持生产及质量控制部门，确保实验室运行符合公司及客户标准。

We are currently hiring Laboratory Operators to support daily laboratory operations and basic testing activities, ensuring compliance with company and customer quality standards.
岗位职责 | Responsibilities

• 负责实验室日常样品处理及基础检测操作
• Perform routine sample handling and basic laboratory testing
• 按照标准操作流程（SOP）进行实验及记录
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for testing and documentation
• 根据规范流程操作实验设备，并接触少量化学品进行相关操作
• Operate laboratory equipment according to procedures and handle small quantities of chemicals when required
• 维护实验室设备及工作区域的清洁与整洁
• Maintain cleanliness of laboratory equipment and workspace
• 协助进行化学/物理检测及相关实验工作
• Assist in chemical and physical testing activities
• 完成上级安排的其他相关工作
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
• 任职要求 | Requirements
• 有实验室或化工相关经验者优先
• Prior laboratory or chemical experience is an advantage
• 有染料或贵金属实验室操作经验者优先
• Experience in dye or precious metals laboratory operations is an advantage
• 能使用中文沟通，能与中国团队协作
• Able to communicate in Chinese and work with China-based teams
• 工作认真负责，细心，有纪律性
• Responsible, disciplined and detail-oriented
• 能适应轮班及夜班工作安排
• Willing to work shift and night shift
